T'ai Chi is a moving meditation and martial art to develop relaxation, concentration, coordination and a mind/body connection to promote peace, and enhance health and tranquility.

Allowing, trusting and practicing T'ai Chi Ch'uan principles promote circulation, deep breathing, postural realignment, kinesthetic awareness, and cultivates Chi (Energy). T'ai Chi movements are practiced in a slow, balanced, relaxed manner and are more physically challenging than they appear.

Classes are one hour long and involve warm-up exercises and introduction to and instruction in the Cheng Man-ching T'ai Chi Form (aka Yang Short Form) of T'ai Chi Ch'uan.
